Who verifies the content on this site
Every regulator fact on this site - hours, ages, deadlines, and which providers are DMV-licensed - is sourced to the California DMV's own published rules. California's DMV publishes no bulk, downloadable roster of licensed driving schools; only a per-query search tool exists. Where a provider's license does not appear in that public tool, the page says so plainly rather than implying a stronger status than the public record shows.
How often this site is reviewed
Every page carries a "last verified" and "next review" date in its own metadata, and the default review cycle is every six months unless a specific DMV rule or fee schedule changes sooner, in which case the affected page and its dates are updated immediately.
A note on regulator naming
California's DMV licenses driving schools, driving-school owners, operators, and instructors through its Occupational Licensing division. This is a different DMV function from the Driver Safety Branch, which handles driver reexamination and negligent-operator point hearings. cadriversedonline.com names the correct division on every page that discusses driving-school licensing.
